Amboseli National Park is located in the Rift Valley Province in Kenya . Its area is more than 390 square kilometers and it's close to Tanzania's border. It was declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO in 1991. One of the images of this park par excellence, is Mount Kilimanjaro, which can be seen at dawn on days without fog. That is perhaps the symbol of the park, along with his most famous animal: the elephant. No doubt the Amboseli National Park is the best place to monitor these giant pachyderms. Moving in herds across the savannah, their structure and hierarchy is evident: Females first, followed by males. They are not aggressive unless disturbed, and cross the park every day.
